San Tan Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care, and we do our best to keep our care affordable for everyone. We accept cash, credit, health savings and flexible spending accounts, health insurance, and personal injury insurance payments. Cash/Credit
We try our best to keep our services affordable for everyone, including those paying in full at the time of their visit. If you don't have insurance, or would prefer to pay as services are rendered, we want to be sure you can get the care you need for a fee you can afford.
Insurance
We are happy to accept assignment and bill your health insurance or Medicare. Since there are so many plans, and coverage varies widely, please call us with your insurance information and we would be happy to verify and explain your benefits to you before your treatment.
Personal Injury
For patients who have been involved in an auto accident, we can bill your MedPay and/or the third party on your behalf. We can also work with your attorney on a lien basis, waiting to collect the fee for our services until your injury case settles.
